Key Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a Juice Bar or specialized health-cafe management role.
- Certification: A currently valid Food Protection Certificate (NYC DOHMH).

Core Responsibilities
As the Juice Bar Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure a premium experience for every guest. Your duties will include:
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and scheduling the team.
- Inventory Management: Ordering fresh produce and drinks/snacks while maintaining strict waste-control protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all smoothies, juices, and bowls meet high standards for taste and presentation.
- Health & Safety: Maintaining a cleanliness in accordance with the NYC health department regulations.
- Customer Engagement: Building relationships with gym members to drive repeat business.
