POSITION SUMMARY: The Junior PM supports the Project Managers by assisting in all aspects of a project. This includes creating and managing logs, submittals, and schedules. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to learn window systems, construction processes, and Skyline standards. The role involves hands-on training, close mentorship, and exposure to project management processes and responsibilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under the direction and guidance of the Project Manager: Assists with coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Assists with ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitors resource availability and allocation. Assists in developing a detailed project plan to track progress of projects. Reports and escalates matters to management as needed. Communicates and maintains comprehensive project documentation. Assists with sending and tracking submittals. Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties, vendors, and both internal and external clients. QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. MS Project experience is a plus. Construction software experience preferred. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. 0–2 years of experience.
