Responsibilities
- Serves as executive sponsor on key law firm accounts and lead broker on others.
- Leads a collaborative process focused on building out risk management capabilities and plays a key role in the continued development and leadership of the practice.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight to the Law Firm practice team, with responsibility for talent development, performance, and team execution.
- Has responsibility for the financial performance of the Law Firm practice, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, and expense management.
- Oversees all FINEX product lines serving law firm clients, not solely Lawyers Professional Liability (LPL).
- Reviews and refines placement processes to aid in client retention and build a foundation for growth.
- Acts as a law firm thought leader (e.g., contributes to Law Firm content, attends industry conferences as a WTW representative).
- Executes key Global and North America broking initiatives.
- Ensures broking best practices are applied consistently.
- Collaborates with leadership to develop client strategies that deepen, broaden, and build profitable relationships with key buyers.
- Maintains senior executive-level relationships at insurers to effectively escalate broking and claims issues and achieve favorable outcomes and resolutions.
- Assists Producers and other sellers, including participating in high-profile RFPs.
- Ensures colleagues are adequately trained and equipped to successfully serve clients and uphold market integrity.
