- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related fieldÂ
- 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) in complex implementation environmentsÂ
- Deep functional experience across Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial ReportingÂ
- Ownership of functional workstreams or defined solution areas within D365 F&O implementations, with accountability for delivery outcomesÂ
- Strong understanding of core financial business processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cashÂ
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into structured functional designsÂ
- Exposure to Fit/Gap analysis, configuration strategy, testing, and data migration across multiple phases of the project lifecycleÂ
- Comfort operating within Microsoft partner or consulting delivery models, including structured methodologies and cross-functional team collaborationÂ
- Confidence engaging in client-facing environments, contributing to solution discussions and guiding stakeholders toward decisionsÂ
- Working knowledge of the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, integrations, and Azure-based servicesÂ
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsÂ
- Consistent ownership of work and follow-through on commitments within defined areas of responsibilityÂ
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications preferredÂ
- Functional experience with the PMA (Project Management & Accounting) module preferred, but not requiredÂ
