Candidates should enjoy working with children of all ages and have experience teaching ninja programs, parkour, and/or gymnastics to children between the ages of 1 - 16 years:  Responsibilities:  Lead engaging ninja/parkour classes focused on skill development, strength, and agility  Enthusiastically engage with children to create a fun and positive learning environment  Ensure a safe environment by enforcing rules and properly using equipment  Teach and progress skills such as obstacle navigation, vaults, climbing, and coordination  Create and/or follow lesson plans aligned with program curriculum  Adapt instruction for different ages and skill levels  Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, participants, and parents  Set up, maintain, and break down equipment  Take attendance and follow all company policies and procedures  Support camps, events, and overall program operations  Work collaboratively with a team while maintaining a positive, professional attitude  The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee. You have:  3–5+ years of gymnastics coaching experience, primarily in recreational programming  Strong understanding of progressions from preschool through advanced recreational levels  Experience running structured classes with clear lesson plans and measurable skill development  Confident spotting across all four events (Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault) within a recreational setting  Proven ability to manage multiple stations and maintain safe coach-to-athlete ratios  Demonstrated classroom management skills in high-energy environments  Experience creating a fun, positive atmosphere while maintaining discipline and structure  Strong parent communication skills and professionalism  Ability to mentor newer coaches and model best practices on the floor  CPR/AED & First Aid certified  USAG membership preferred (or willingness to obtain)  Availability for evenings and weekends
