Our values:

We credit much of our success to our exceptional team. We’re looking for mission-driven builders who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and embody our four core values:

  • Care first: We do whatever it takes for our students to succeed.

  • Learn quickly: We test, learn with data, and iterate.

  • Build together: We win when we rely on each other.

  • Own it: We show up, take initiative, and show pride.

The opportunity:

We’re looking for a Learning Program Manager to own the end-to-end development of our Nursing program — from designing and building curriculum to delivering and continuously improving the learning experience as we scale.

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in shaping how our programs come to life and evolve, working across teams to ensure strong learning outcomes for students while adapting thoughtfully to the needs of different partners and contexts.

This role reports into the Senior Manager, Learning Programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end development and delivery of education programs, including designing and building curriculum from concept through launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization based on learner and client needs

  • Lead a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts to create structured, outcomes-driven learning experiences

  • Collaborate with go-to-market and client-facing teams, contributing to sales conversations and helping translate program offerings into compelling, tailored solutions for partners

  • Engage directly with prospective and existing clients, bringing a strategic lens to conversations and helping shape programs to meet specific workforce and market needs

  • Adapt and customize programs thoughtfully, balancing scalability with client-specific requirements and identifying when to standardize vs. tailor

  • Establish and uphold a high bar for content quality, ensuring curriculum is accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives

  • Design and experiment with new learning modalities, including skills labs, simulations, and other interactive formats

  • Use data to continuously improve programs, analyzing learner engagement, performance, and outcomes to inform iteration and strategic pivots

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in curriculum development and instructional design, including designing and building full learning programs from concept through launch and iteration

  • Experience owning or leading end-to-end education programs in an EdTech, online learning, or workforce training environment

  • Comfort working directly with clients or external partners, with the ability to translate program offerings into clear, tailored solutions and support solutioning conversations

  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to design structured, outcomes-driven curriculum for adult learners

  • Strong instructional design expertise, including breaking down complex subject matter into engaging, accessible learning experiences

  • Analytical mindset with experience using learner data, engagement metrics, or outcomes to continuously improve programs

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to operate cross-functionally across product, content, and go-to-market teams

  • Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience working in B2B education, enterprise learning, or client-facing program delivery

  • You have experience partnering with product teams to design or launch new learning offerings

  • You have basic familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL or similar) for analyzing learner outcomes

  • You have experience leveraging AI tools or workflows to improve content or program development efficiency

Interview Process:

  • Introductory call with Talent Acquisition team member

  • Interview with Hiring Manager

  • Take-Home Assignment

  • Virtual Panel Interview

  • On-Site Panel Interview

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Meaningful Equity Stake

  • Subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options

  • 401(k)

  • FSA, HSA and commuter benefits

  • Learning stipend

  • Open vacation policy, including:

    • Guidance of 15 days PTO annually

    • Stepful closed the last week of December

    • 15 work-from-anywhere days

    • 10 public holidays observed for 2026

The target base salary range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $120,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
