The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience handling New York Municipal Claims, a proven record of successfully resolving personal injury cases, and demonstrated leadership or management experience overseeing teams or case departments. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in advancing complex cases and mentoring junior attorneys and staff within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Â
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution/verdict.Â
- Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials.Â
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.Â
- Strategize and execute case plans to maximize outcomes for clients.Â
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.Â
- Contribute to firm operations, growth, initiatives, and departmental leadership.Â
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York.
- Minimum 5 years litigation experience.Â
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedure.Â
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Â
- Prior management or supervisory experience in a law firm or litigation department is a plus but not required.Â
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Â
Compensation:
$150,000 - $300,000 base salary, plus additional bonuses based on production and performance.
