JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Manager to join our Ad Sales Finance team. This role will support digital expense management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytical support across the ad sales organization.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Close, Budgeting & Forecasting

Perform monthly financial close activities including expense accruals, journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
Prepare monthly metrics reports highlighting key variance drivers and business insights
Develop executive commentary for reporting packages and network finance teams
Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining strong financial control
Update digital models with actuals, revise forecasts for monthly/quarterly submissions

Analysis & Daily Operations

Design, enhance, and maintain advanced financial models to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
Field ad hoc reporting requests from Sales management and Corporate Finance
Partner cross functionality with digital sales and inventory/yield to ensure forecasts reflect business drivers and market trends
Improve reporting processes through automation and standardized reporting tools, increasing efficiency and data accuracy

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Accounting/Finance/Economics bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of digital media experience with a strong track record of analytical and strategic contributions
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to produce high quality deliverables
Comfort working under tight deadlines
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Ability and willingness to quickly adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data set

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $110,000.00-121,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
