Job Description:

Essential Functions
Serve as a strategic partner in aligning audience analytics with client’s business goals and objectives
Lead complex client engagements across variety of projects related to the client’s data management platform
Oversee audience creation process by developing and maintaining project roadmaps tracking the development and deployment of custom audience solutions
Contribute to the continued development and enhancement of audience analytics services including building of reports and dashboards
Generate effective data visualizations and analytical insights from multiple data sources including first party CRM data
Collaborate with planning, strategy, research, programmatic and investment teams to effect improvements on our client’s business goals
Mentor and manage junior team member’s development in Analytical and Professional realms
Apply substantial amounts of independent critical thinking, and from the analyses, uncover media and marketing communications opportunities
Contribute to the department’s overall capabilities and understanding of media and communications channels

Qualifications
Bachelors in Quantitative or Science Discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems Preferred)
5-7 years experience required in Analytics
Media Agency or Media Technology Background required
Experience in developing and managing project plans and/or project roadmaps
Proficiency in SQL required, R or Python strongly preferred
Strong Expertise in Excel required (Complex formula & data automation skills required, VBA coding preferred)
Experience working with Media Ad Server, Platform, Website data and Clean Rooms preferred
Experience working with Analytical software and systems such as Alteryx, Tableau, AWS, Big Query
Basic understanding of modeling techniques including Regression, Exponential Smoothing, ARIMA, Decision Tree, Random Forest etc.
