Job Description:

Overview 
As a Manager on our Digital Activation team, you will play a key role in developing plans and executing digital buys by ensuring that pacing, performance and the Digital Activation Process is activated correctly across the area of responsibility is the primary focus of this job. 
Responsibilities 
Day-to-Day Leadership: Serve as the secondary lead for plan development, digital buy execution, pacing/performance optimization, client interaction, and team management. 

Strategic Direction: Build strategic frameworks aligned with client business goals, direct multi-touchpoint strategies, and own consumer insights. 

Operations & Implementation: Oversee campaign activation, budget management, and the Digital Activation Process to ensure efficiency. 

Client & Team Management: Lead client communications, foster partnerships, and mentor the team with a proactive, hands-on approach. 

Platform & Technical Expertise: Lead campaign design, determine buying paths (manual/programmatic), and implement Business Intelligence tools/new capabilities. 

Process Management: Oversee billing, reconciliation, and ensure proper use of 3rd party tools. 

 
Qualifications 
Experience: 3-5 years in media planning with expert digital buying knowledge and hands-on DSP experience in DV360 and a working knowledge in at least one other DSP: (TTD or Amazon DSP) 

Background: Entertainment experience is preferred. 

Leadership & Communication: Experience managing teams and client relationships, with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. 

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and campaign workflow tools like Prisma. 

Analytical Skills: Experience managing large data sets and 3rd party verification tools (e.g., IAS). 

Attributes: Ability to self-manage, handle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail. 


$50,000 - $95,000
