We are seeking a dynamic Local Investment Manager to lead and manage local television and radio investment initiatives. This role serves as a critical liaison between our negotiation team, strategy group, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of media investment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record in media investment management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Local Media Investments:Â Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of local television and radio investments to maximize client ROI.
- Liaison Role:Â Act as the primary point of contact between negotiators, strategy teams, and clients, facilitating clear communication and alignment on investment objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Â Utilize Excel to analyze media performance, track investment outcomes, and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review.
- Presentation Development:Â Create compelling presentations in PowerPoint to communicate investment strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Client Engagement:Â Present investment plans and results to clients, addressing questions and providing strategic guidance.
- Time Management & Organization:Â Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaboration:Â Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrated media strategies and deliver best-in-class service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in media investment, preferably with a focus on local television and radio.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
