Manager, Clinical Quality leads a team responsible for clinical quality measurement, reporting, audit support, and improvement activities within an assigned program or operational area. The job establishes team priorities, manages resources, monitors short-term performance, and coordinates with clinical and operational leaders to address quality gaps and meet reporting obligations.‎Â
How will you make an impact & Requirements

- Establish team goals, work plans, performance measures, and delivery schedules for assigned clinical quality programs.
- Manage staffing, workload, budget inputs, vendor resources, and system access required for team operations.
- Monitor quality measure performance, audit results, improvement plans, and reporting deadlines within the assigned area.
- Direct investigation of recurring performance gaps and approve team-level corrective or improvement actions.
- Coordinate quality initiatives with clinical operations, providers, analytics, compliance, and technology partners.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching, and develop technical and professional capabilities within the team.
- Communicate quality results, operational risks, and resource needs to functional leadership and stakeholders.

$103,043.00to
$154,563.00Â
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
