Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Managing Director of Investment Banking to join our investment banking division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in investment banking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial markets. This role requires strategic vision, the ability to manage high-level client relationships, and the expertise to drive significant business growth.
Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
· Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other financial advisory services.
· Oversee the preparation and presentation of pitch books, financial models, and other transaction-related documentation.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices in financial services.
· Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and other networking events.
· All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investment banking, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
· Demonstrated success in originating and executing complex transactions.
· Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment banking products, and regulatory environment.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the highest levels.
· FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 required.
