Marketing Database Coordinator - Foundation

Proskauer is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Database Coordinator - Foundation to support the firm’s experience management platform, Litera Foundation, and contribute to the advancement of the firm’s matter intelligence strategy.

This role will assist in the administration, optimization, and adoption of Foundation, helping ensure data integrity, usability, and alignment with the firm’s client development and marketing initiatives. The Coordinator will work closely with lawyers, business professionals, IT, and leadership to support reporting, training, and system enhancements that drive measurable business impact.
