Responsibilities
- Contribute to the learning agendas for the enterprise audience ecosystem to inform strategy development and to support progress on business goals
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning and shape marketing strategies, campaign development, product development, and channel strategy
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations; producing highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Research Expertise: 6+ years of research experience. High degree of qualitative and quantitative research expertise, with the ability to apply them in a business context to drive decision-making and raise salience of new opportunities
- Marketing Expertise: Proven expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes
- Strategic skills: Experience navigating ambiguity, identifying strategic problems to solve, setting priorities, and driving learning agendas with minimal guidance
- Influencing skills: Experience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns

- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

$138,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
