The automotiveMastermind team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Predictive Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of creative, data, and automation, owning the end-to-end execution and optimization of marketing campaigns for a portfolio of automotive brands.Â
This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take initiative, anticipate challenges, and drive work forward with a high degree of ownership. You are comfortable working independently to deliver results while also collaborating effectively across teams to bring complex campaigns to life.Â
You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging customer data and marketing automation tools to design personalized, high-performing customer journeys. Success in this role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and maintain a high bar for quality and accuracy.Â
You’ll partner closely with design, copy editorial, product, development, and OEM team stakeholders, translating insights into impactful marketing programs that drive measurable results.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
Campaign Strategy & ExecutionÂ
Own campaigns end-to-end—from ideation and briefing through execution, testing, and optimizationÂ
Build and manage targeted customer journeys using our internally-developed Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)Â
Write and refine marketing copy for campaigns across channels, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with each brand’s voice Â
Partner with creative teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused campaignsÂ
Brand & Portfolio OwnershipÂ
Manage a portfolio of automotive brands, ensuring all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and objectives while maintaining consistent messaging across channelsÂ
Translate OEM initiatives (e.g., vehicle launches, sales events) into dealership-level campaignsÂ
Stay current on automotive marketing trends and customer behaviorÂ
Data, Testing & OptimizationÂ
Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insightsÂ
Lead testing and optimization strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROIÂ
Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and campaign logicÂ
Project & Stakeholder ManagementÂ
Coordinate cross-functional execution across creative and development teamsÂ
Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on-time campaign launchesÂ
Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related requests and support for your brands Â
Quality Assurance & ComplianceÂ
Oversee template QA, ensuring accuracy prior to campaign deployment Â
Manage brand and legal compliance approvalsÂ
Ensure all campaigns meet quality and regulatory standardsÂ
Who You Are:Â
5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably digital, lifecycle, or CRM marketing)Â
A proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solver who takes initiative and owns outcomesÂ
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively, balancing independent ownership with cross-functional teamworkÂ
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentÂ
Proven track record executing data-driven campaigns end-to-endÂ
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsÂ
Adaptable and able to maintain high-quality output under tight timelinesÂ
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyÂ
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â Â
Experience in automotive, retail, or other high-consideration purchase industriesÂ
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or similar)Â Â Â
Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable or similar tools a plus)Â

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
Mobility Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
