Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $20.60 - $31.32. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. Clinical Documentation & Visit Support: Captures real-time, accurate documentation of histories, exams, assessments, and plans at the provider’s direction.Retrieves and organizes prior notes, reports, and test results to support the encounter.Strictly adheres to scope: does not act independently or enter orders.Â

EHR/Technical Proficiency: Navigates EPIC (or assigned EHR) efficiently to enter, update, and locate information.Maintains appropriate typing speed with high accuracy on notes obtained.Uses EHR tools/workflows to reduce errors and support provider throughput.Â

Accuracy & Compliance: Verifies data integrity; resolves discrepancies before finalizing notes.Protects PHI and follows HIPAA and site documentation standards.Meets timeliness targets for same-day completion/closure as applicable.Â
