We’re seeking a Medical Strategist to shape evidence-driven strategy across our client portfolio. In this role, you’ll translate complex clinical data into compelling insights that inform brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and medical communications.

You’ll work at the intersection of science and strategy, collaborating across teams to elevate medical excellence. This role reports to the VP, Medical Strategy\n


Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead medical strategy development across key therapeutic areas

  • Align scientific insights with client objectives

  • Build medical narratives, value propositions, and evidence frameworks

Translate Scientific Data into Strategic Communications

  • Translate clinical and real-world evidence into strategic recommendations

  • Conduct landscape analyses (literature reviews, competitive intelligence, treatment paradigms)

Content & Deliverables Oversight

  • Provide medical direction and review for: slide decks, detail aids, digital and congress materials, symposia and advisory board content

  • Ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment

  • Collaborate with copy writers and art to ensure accurate, impactful content

Client & External Engagement

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in client interactions

  • Participate in advisory boards, KOL engagements, and workshops


Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) in life sciences or healthcare

  • 6-9 years in medical strategy, medical affairs, or related roles

  • Background in pharma, biotech, or healthcare consulting

  • Strong ability to interpret and apply complex clinical data

  • Excellent communication skills across scientific and non-scientific audiences

  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and critical thinking

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
