Role & Responsibilities: Sale of memberships Serve as a mentor to Chelsea Piers Fitness Membership Consultants Working cohesively with a team of Membership Consultants and a Vice President of Sales to be successful individually and as a team Establishing a strong sales pipeline, meeting sales objectives and collaborating with a team to achieve the overall goals of the business Managing select member events geared towards engaging the membership base and generating interest in and excitement around the club Serving as a visible and active goodwill ambassador with members and at select special events Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives Foster a data-driven sales culture through the adoption of a technology-enabled sales process Lead weekly sales meetings QualificationsQualifications: Analysis and understanding of key business metrics that directly impact membership growth Self-motivated/entrepreneurial spirit with an outgoing, diligent and affable disposition Superior customer service skills; excellent and clear communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Passion for fitness with a team-first mentality Ability to work on nights, weekends and holidays as needed 3+ years of Membership Sales experience, preferably in a high-end fitness environment
