What you will be doing: - Handle all phases of medical malpractice and professional liability litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions.
- Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
- Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and witnesses.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
Experience you will need: - J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the New York Bar.
- 3–6 years of litigation experience with a focus on a combination of Medical Malpractice and Professional Liability matters.

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. - Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and client communications.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
