Summary
The Instructor is responsible for delivering program plans and schedules provided by agency. AdjustĀ
lesson plans to meet the needs of the participants, as well as track progress of development bothĀ
academically and socially.

Essential Functions:
⢠ Lead small group activities that are age appropriate in an atmosphere where students areĀ
actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences enhancing the social, physical, and academicĀ
advancement of children.
⢠ Implement the lesson plans and activities.
⢠ Assist students with homework assignments as needed.
⢠ Responsible for the health, safety, and wellbeing of the children at all times.
⢠ Report to the Program Manager any behavioral concerns and/or incidents involving the children inĀ
the program.
⢠ Build relationships with parents, children, and the school administration/teachers.
⢠ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
⢠ Bachelor's degree.
⢠ Bilingual in one or more of the following: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali and others, mayĀ
be required depending on client needs.
⢠ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
⢠ Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently.
⢠ Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task.
Qualifications Preferred:
⢠ Bachelorās degree in Education, Social Work or related field.
⢠ CPR and First Aid training.
