Oversight and Coordination: Dedicated multinational production support across all regions and business lines (Property, Liability, Financial Lines):

Role: Management of a team of three data operations analysts in collaboration with COE staff (Under review) to address and coordinate day-to-day insurance production activities related to policy issuance.  

  • Oversight of SLA adherence and deliverables. 
  • Adherence to the Salesforce, Policy Admin (UW) systems and Reinsurance Quality Review procedures
  • Monitoring workloads of MN Operations support team to ensure proper distribution of work during peak periods.
  • Maintain and enhance standardized processes for incident management, change control, and escalation, ensuring consistent service delivery worldwide
  • Address processing queries from the Multinational team, underwriting, claims, and finance teams
