About the Role:

The Strategas Asset Management National Accounts Manager owns and advances home-office relationships with key distribution partners, including broker-dealers, platforms, and model or portfolio programs. This role is responsible for expanding platform access, supporting selling agreements, strengthening approved or recommended list placement, and enabling partner and field teams to drive asset growth in a compliant, repeatable, and measurable way. The position plays a key role in coordinating due diligence, translating partner priorities into actionable go-to-market plans, and serving as a subject-matter expert on Strategas Asset Management products and platform requirements.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Develop and maintain strategic home-office relationships with key distribution partners to protect and grow platform access across relevant vehicles, including ETFs, SMAs, UMAs, and model marketplaces

  • Lead efforts to expand and support selling agreements, product availability, and placement on approved or recommended lists through proactive engagement and timely follow-through

  • Coordinate due diligence activity, including preparation, responses, committee timelines, outstanding requirements, decision risks, and related follow-up

  • Translate partner priorities into executable go-to-market plans, including advisor targeting, campaigns, conferences, education, and field engagement

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across Strategas capabilities and coordinate appropriate internal resources to support partner needs

  • Monitor partner compensation programs, scorecards, incentives, and strategic initiatives to align sales and education efforts with current partner priorities

  • Maintain clear internal reporting on partner status, pipeline activity, risks, asset trends, sales results, goals, and forecasting

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on SAM products, portfolio updates, performance narratives, implementation details, and platform requirements

  • Ensure activities comply with each partner firm’s rules of engagement, supervision requirements, marketing guidelines, and applicable internal processes

What You'll Bring to Strategas:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Series SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/65 or Series 66 required

  • Several years of experience in asset management distribution, national accounts, wealth management platforms, investment products, or a related financial services function

  • Knowledge of broker-dealer, platform, model marketplace, SMA, UMA, and ETF distribution channels

  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and coordinating cross-functional internal resources

  • Strong understanding of due diligence processes, product positioning, sales enablement, and compliant partner engagement

  • Applicable securities licenses or registrations may be required or preferred based on role scope and business need

  • Ability to build credibility and influence with senior internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship management, and follow-through skills

  • Ability to synthesize product, platform, sales, and market information into clear recommendations and action plans

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner priorities, deadlines, and reporting requirements

  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate within compliance, supervision, and partner-specific requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant customer relationship management, reporting, or platform data tools

Compensation and Total Rewards Package:

  • $100,000 - $135,000 annual salary range

  • Bonus potential
