Lina Vivas Maintenance is seeking an experienced and reliable Night Cleaning Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at client facilities in Queens, NY. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support night cleaning crews
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Train and coach cleaning personnel
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and timekeeping
Address client concerns and report issues to management
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance services preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
Reliable transportation preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule:

Night Shift 9PM- 5:30PM
Full-Time
