Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing programs for NORAM, tailored to enterprise accounts across key verticals including Retail/Ecomm, Travel, CPG, Tech, Logistics, Telco, and Entertainment
- Build and scale the NORAM partner marketing motion, including co-marketing programs with strategic alliance partners, partner enablement content, certification programs, and joint go-to-market activations
- Plan and deliver regional executive forums, workshops, and industry events that drive C-suite engagement and accelerate pipeline for priority accounts
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, events, and content that generate qualified leads and contacts across enterprise buyer personas (IT, CRM, Customer Experience, Marketing)
- Define regional KPIs, track pipeline attribution, and ensure clear connective tissue between marketing programs and revenue outcomes through consistent measurement and reporting
- Partner with product, partnerships, sales, and global marketing programs to ensure regional programs align with company strategy while addressing NORAM-specific market dynamics
- Help establish Meta as an enterprise platform in the US market by building awareness, consideration, and confidence among enterprise buyers who may be less familiar with business messaging
- Present regional program strategies, pipeline results, and optimization recommendations to leadership through executive readouts and cross-functional forums
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or enterprise marketing
- Proven track record of building marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience developing and scaling partner marketing programs, including co-marketing, partner enablement, and joint go-to-market motions
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and the ability to tailor regional programs that accelerate deals across stages
- Experience planning and executing executive-level events and regional programs for enterprise audiences
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across verticals, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and emerging markets; ability to define strategy where no established playbook exists
- Experience with pipeline reporting, attribution models, and data-driven optimization to inform marketing strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Experience working with technology partners (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, Twilio)
- Experience marketing enterprise SaaS, messaging, cloud, or platform businesses in the US market
$152,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
