Join Millennium Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY, where you'll make a difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
