About Us:

123 Baby Talks Developmental Services, LLC is a dedicated center-based Early Intervention program committed to providing high-quality care to children with developmental delays and disabilities. We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

The Role:

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist available for sessions 2 times a week, 6 hrs a day. You will work closely with children, families, and other therapists to promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify strengths and challenges in fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, and sensory processing.
  • Deliver engaging, play-based direct therapy services to improve fine and gross motor skills abilities.
  • Collaborate with families to provide education and support.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Valid NYS Occupational Therapist license.
  • Pediatric experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient-focused approach.
