Streamlining the Path from Referral to Care

Tennr is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its legal team at a pivotal stage of growth. As the first paralegal hire, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with Tennr’s attorneys across the full spectrum of legal operations in a high-growth health-tech environment, with a primary focus on commercial contracts.

The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscriptions, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. This role manages the contract lifecycle end-to-end, maintains the contract repository, and develops internal legal resources such as playbooks and compliance guides. The position also supports corporate governance, procurement, and compliance tracking, including HIPAA-related obligations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of experience in a paralegal or contracts specialist role, preferably within technology or healthcare. Strong organizational skills, legal writing expertise, and familiarity with contract management tools are essential. A proactive approach and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment are key.
