The Path to Advice team sits within the Client Solutions Group, focused on driving new asset and client growth across Advisor, Workplace and Direct segments. The role supports strategy and execution of initiatives including new product lines spanning client segments. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, collaborating across business units and regions, providing data-driven insights, supporting lead distribution operations, developing presentations, partnering with various teams, improving opportunities for Financial Advisors, supporting test & learn campaigns, and participating in senior-level discussions. Requires balancing strategic thinking and execution, contributing to Net New Asset growth, and working closely with senior leadership. Experience required includes 3-6 years in management consulting, technology or financial services, preferably with Wealth Management expertise. Skills needed include strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills, project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Coding and data analytics skills are a plus. The role is full-time and located in Purchase and New York, NY.
