The Position:Â Pediatrics Quality Reviewer RN
Schedule:Â Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs.. The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.

What we ask for:
NYS RN License.
Computer literacy; Home Care Homebase experience.
Strong clinical documentation skills.
Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Home health or community care experience.
Ability to work independently and solve problems
