Fresh off a $14M Series A backed by leading construction technology investors, we’re entering our next phase of growth, and we are looking for a People Operations Manager to support our team. You’ll work directly with the CEO & CoS as well as every team to support smooth day-to-day operations of the company and will serve as a key partner across HR, accounting, and executive support functions. We’re transforming the $250B HVAC industry with AI-native software - an industry still largely untouched by modern tools. This is your chance to get in early.

What You'll Do

People Operations & Employee Experience

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding - provisioning accounts, ordering equipment, scheduling intro meetings, handling paperwork, and making sure every new hire feels welcomed from day one

  • Design and roll out lightweight performance review processes that give clarity without unnecessary bureaucracy

  • Manage benefits, 401(k), and payroll administration - proactively guiding employees through enrollment, open enrollment, and life events

  • Maintain employee records, org charts, and personnel files with care and accuracy

  • Build and maintain internal policies and procedures that ensure compliance with state and federal employment law

Recruiting & Hiring

  • Source and engage candidates directly through proactive outreach across LinkedIn, networks, and communities to build pipelines for open roles

  • Own and configure our ATS for our recruiting and hiring process - from job posts, to interview steps, to permissions

  • Plug in with all hiring managers to ensure they are prepared for each role’s hiring process

  • Coordinate with third-party recruiters in scheduling interviews, managing on-sites, and drafting offer letters

  • Create the recruiting infrastructure (e.g., tools, metrics, and rituals) that keeps our hiring transparent, efficient, and deeply aligned with our values

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to bring our employer brand to life through storytelling, events, and creative outreach that show who we are and why people love working here

Internal Operations & Executive Support

  • Manage relationships with HR, benefits, payroll, and other operational vendors

  • Improve internal systems and processes as we scale - from Slack and Google Workspace hygiene to expense workflows in Ramp

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or a generalist people role at a fast-paced, dynamic company

  • Comfortable with HR systems and working with recruiters, finance, and legal partners

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, benefits administration, and onboarding tools

  • Exceptionally organized with strong written communication and sharp attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: competitive

  • Equity: meaningful grant, aligned with your background

  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision

  • Perks: free lunches and dinners
