Sullivan & Galleshaw, LLP is a dynamic and growing plaintiff’s personal injury law firm located in Ozone Park, NY. We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys and help move cases efficiently from intake through resolution in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on personal injury matters. Key responsibilities include:

Managing case files from intake through trial preparation
Drafting legal documents, including summonses, complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery responses
Obtaining and organizing medical records, accident reports, and other critical case documents
Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
Preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials
Managing court calendars, filing deadlines, and case status updates
Answering phones and assisting with new potential client calls/intakes as needed
