We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager - Technical (PMT) to work with us building delightful video advertising experiences across store experiences. Our vision is deliver personalized, and engaging video content that adapts to individual shopper preferences, scales across diverse page types, remains relevant to shoppers unique needs, and integrates seamlessly with organic recommendations .


Key job responsibilities
* Chart and execute a course for delivering customized, differentiated shopping experiences through the use of video for different customers and pages
* Develop a strong collaboration with Amazon Stores partners for prioritization and execution of new product features, CX experiences and monetization strategies
* Obsess over your customers and work backwards to define tenets, customer experiences, long-term goals, focus areas and key success metrics.
* Develop and present working backwards documents and product plans
* Influence senior leaders across Amazon by proactively communicating your vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Amazon's core leadership principles Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience working on shopper facing products
- Experience with video driven shopper experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
