Vantage Elevation is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Product Manager to join our growing team.  Reporting directly to the VP, Product Management, the Product Manager owns and drives the full lifecycle of the company’s product portfolio, including product strategy, roadmaps, product launches, enhancements, value engineering initiatives, and product retirement. This role works cross-functionally to align business objectives, support innovation, and strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market.  The Product Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, technical support, and customers to translate market insights, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer feedback into product development priorities and value-driven pricing strategies. We support our teams, work closely with our customers, and hold ourselves accountable for quality, safety, and integrity in everything we do.  Duties and Responsibilities   Product Strategy:  Collaborate to define/execute the product strategy & roadmap, aligned with Vantage strategic objectives  Collaborate with functional peers to drive company-wide strategies  Communicates with authorities, business and professional associations and other related influencers to influence standards and codes, and to promote product solutions  Actively supports the execution of Vantage transformation initiatives and leads Vantage transformation initiatives as assigned.  Product Lifecycle Management:  Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product from conception through release and enhancements  Implement best practices in product management and continuous improvement processes  Ensure products meet market needs and customer satisfaction goals  Market and Customer Insight:  Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement initiatives to inform product strategies  Participates in sales target identification and in defining new target markets and customers Utilize analytics and data-driven decisions to improve product offerings.  Participates in pricing strategies and models based on market dynamics and company objectives working in concert with the commercial team, business units, and finance.  Responsible for product CPQ modeling and will work in concert with the product data team to optimize product modeling and ensure accurate product costing and pricing.  Responsible for the development of our parts offering within the business units, and importantly within our regional service centers.  Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work with R&D, marketing, sales, customer support teams, and operations to ensure product success  Foster a collaborative culture and process between product teams and other departments  Coordinate go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches  Supports Sales Development Managers in achieving targets and analyzing and maintaining offering, product and pricing data, sales and tendering tools and pricing guidelines  Transfers information and knowledge of his/her offering range front lines  Financial and Operational Oversight:  Provide executive-level reporting on product performance, strategic milestones, and targets  Oversee the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product management function   Customer relationship management:  Works in concert with sales and marketing to create support material for front lines in defining, specifying and communicating customer value of product offerings in concert with marketing.  Works in concert with sales and marketing to identify and articulate benefits and advantages of the Vantage product offering in customer materials  Acts as company liaison for all product related communications related to quality issues or topics, and key product support topics  Participates in customer meetings and events  Performance Measures:  Business metrics: Orders (Volume & Monetary Value), Orders Margin, Sales, EBITDA, EBITDA Margin, NPI, Vitality Index  Development of market share Development, implementation and utilization of Vantage solutions, processes, and tools  Contribution to winning orders working together with Salespersons and Account Managers  Quantity and quality of feedback to product life cycle management  QualificationsRequirements   We are searching for a candidate with:   Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or technical field, or related field required  5-7 years product lifecycle management experience   Ability to travel (35%)  Experience in Pricing strategy and leadership    Experience in business performance management  Elevator, construction or relevant B2B environment experience   Excellent and proven analytical skills   Detail oriented and operates with a high level of accuracy  Strong presentation, communication, organizational skills  Demonstrated ability to define, analyze and research  Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, handling & prioritizing multiple projects/tasks  Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)  Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated  Ability to work independently and as a part of a team  Proven ability to interface with senior management and peers  Benefits of Working With Us   Salary for Applicants: $115,000 -
