The Vantage group employs over 900 staff in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.   Vantage is seeking a motivated Production Worker that will be responsible for arranging shipments of materials, inspecting and verifying goods, managing inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies, operating a forklift, and driving between the warehouse and manufacturing facilities. The Production Worker must have outstanding communication and strong work ethic. They must operate equipment to meet facility goals for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.   Our Ideal Candidate Will Our ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Above all, they will adapt quickly to changing demands, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and reflect Vantage’s values of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism.   Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: High School degree with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting. Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including cherry pickers, clamp trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, etc. Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving company vehicles. Proficient in computer skills. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures. Exceptional work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.   Work Environment, Hazards, & Special Physical Demands Warehouse and manufacturing production environment. Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time and lift at least 50 lbs. Risk of injury on manufacturing floor and operating heavy machinery.     Benefits of Working With Us Salary for New York Based Applicants: $17.00 - $19.00 an hour (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation) Weekly Pay This is an hourly position with overtime available.
