Responsibilities
- Set and drive priorities and operating cadence to deliver against partnership and seeding objectives
- Own the strategic seeding roadmap, with an immediate focus on operationalizing and scaling the glasses seeding program across regions, verticals, and tentpole events
- Design, pilot, and scale program models (playbooks, governance, toolkits) that enable repeatable execution and partner activation at scale
- Build and manage relationships with internal leadership and cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Hardware, Marketing, Comms, Legal, Policy) to align on strategy and unlock execution capacity
- Train colleagues across XFNs on glasses onboarding tactics to ensure a successful seeding experience for partners
- Develop and maintain external partner frameworks that support seeding logistics and tracking across creators, athletes, public figures, and institutional partners
- Create concise executive-ready materials (briefs, decision memos, talking points) to support rapid decision-making and leadership alignment
- Act as a nimble operator, shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution as priorities evolve
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, operations, management consulting, or executive-level program leadership
- Experience building and scaling programs into repeatable, measurable operations
- Proven ability to influence and execute with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous, highly matrixed environments
- Experience translating complex topics into clear, executive-ready narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience in partnerships, media, sports, entertainment, or creator ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to improve operating cadence and execution at scale across multiple markets or regions
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Track record of operationalizing hardware or product seeding programs with external partners
- Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve program effectiveness
