The Role
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join our dedicated team supporting a leading global spirits brand. This role is focused on delivering social first campaigns across digital channels in a fast paced creative environment.
You will act as the central connector across internal teams, managing a very high volume of work across multiple brands and concurrent workstreams. This is a hands-on role where you will own project delivery end to end, ensuring work is properly scoped, resourced, and delivered on time and within budget.
You will maintain a clear view across all active projects, often at different stages and moving at pace, tracking timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring all approvals and sign offs are secured. A key part of this role is managing master calendars and internal systems, alongside a constant flow of social and digital trafficking and asset management.
You will partner closely with account, creative, and production teams to keep work moving efficiently and ensure priorities are clearly communicated across stakeholders.
You’ll need:
• Proven project management experience, with clear success managing high volume, fast turnaround, social first work for a group of brands
• Experience working across multiple brands and complex, concurrent workstreams
• Background in a fast paced creative agency or similar in house environment; production experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail across timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of delivery
• Proficiency in project management tools and confidence navigating CMS platforms, trafficking, and asset systems
• Familiarity with spirits or regulated categories is a plus
Qualities:
• Present and proactive: stays close to the work and keeps momentum across a high volume of deliverables
• Detail driven: maintains accuracy across trafficking, file management, and timelines
• Adaptable: able to navigate shifting priorities and tight timelines without losing structure
