Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a mid-level associate to its real estate finance practice in New York. This is a focused role within a deal-heavy group handling sophisticated financing work across high-value assets.
Role
You’ll work on complex real estate finance transactions, representing institutional lenders and borrowers across structured deals. The practice sits at the intersection of real estate and finance, with consistent exposure to large-scale, high-stakes matters. You will also have a seat at the table on client and business development efforts.
Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years of real estate experience with a finance angle
• Background at a comparable law firm with strong deal exposure
• Comfortable running workstreams and interacting with clients
• Strong academic credentials
