Job Description
The “Research Fellow” fellow in Civil Rights Enforcement Bureau will be conducting research tasks that would otherwise fall to attorneys, thereby freeing up additional capacity that could be devoted to investigating and resolving cases. The fellow will be engaging in pre-complaint interventions, investigations, and files complaints where appropriate. Also, she will conduct research on claims of discrimination made by members of the public and pattern. Lastly, the candidate will collaborate with other units of CCHR to engage in coordinated approaches to rooting out systemic discrimination.

Qualification Requirements
1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
