Resident Engineers to work on NYCDDC, NYCDEP and NYCDPR projects. P.E. preferred. Five years experience on similar construction projects. Must be conversant with City specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all activities of the project and ensure full compliance to project plans and specifications
  • Oversee inspection personnel
  • Ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and/or NYS Professional Engineer License
  • Minimum of five (5) years construction management experience
  • 3 years of experience working as a Resident Engineer

Certifications/Licenses:

  • NY PE License preferred

The pay range for this position in New York City is $145,600.00 - $187,200.00 per year.

Base pay offered for this New York–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered. This disclosure is provided in accordance with New York Senate Bill S1326. Base pay information is determined by market location.
