The Role: 

We are looking for an energetic Risk Monitoring Analyst to join Windcave’s Acquiring team in New York City, NY 10022. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrives on variety and new challenges.

We currently follow a hybrid working policy with two work-from-home days.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring transactions in real time  

• Analysing high-risk transactions and escalation 

• Reviewing approvals for high-risk transaction types, such as over-the-phone, manual, and high-volume settlements 

• Reviewing and releasing settlements 

• Identifying risk patterns and putting mitigation strategies in place  

About you:

• Quick learner and passion for cards and payments. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or relevant discipline 

• 2-3 years of proven experience in banking credit/merchant services or relevant role 

• Excellent attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills and technically savvy 

Remuneration:

• $70,000 USD per annum + Benefits

Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment and must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment.
