Sales Development Representative
You'll be the tip of the spear for Eisen's growth - the first voice prospects hear, the energy they remember, and the reason they show up to demos ready to buy. We're looking for a hungry, resourceful SDR who thrives on the hunt.
You'll own outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, and pack our AEs' calendars with high-intent meetings. This isn't a "dial and smile" job - you'll hit the road for trade shows, work the floor, and build real relationships that turn into revenue.
This role is built for future AEs. If you want to run your own book of business within 12 - 24 months, this is your path.

What You’ll Do
Own top-of-funnel pipeline: prospect, qualify, and hand off leads ready to close
Work trade shows and industry events (yes, this means travel - domestic and international)
Run outbound campaigns across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels
Follow up relentlessly on marketing leads, event contacts, and warm intros
Partner with Sales and Marketing to test messaging, refine ICP, and improve conversion
Keep our CRM tight - accurate notes, clean data, no excuses
Become a student of the home services industry so you can speak the language
What We're Looking For
Proven SDR track record (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred)
Relentless energy and a short memory for "no"
Sharp cold-calling skills - you know how to earn attention in 30 seconds
Strong written communication for sequences that actually get replies
Self-starter mentality; you don't wait to be told what to do
Willing and excited to travel for events
Team-first attitude - ego stays at the door
Nice To Have
Early-stage startup experience (pre-Series B)
Familiarity with financial institutions / banking space and its key players
Compensation
OTE: $100K - $120K (Base $70 - 80K + Variable $30 - 40K)
Clear promotion path to Mid-Market AE after 12 - 18 months of strong performance
