Position Overview We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our outbound sales team. You will work closely with our Manager of Outbound Sales to generate and qualify pipeline through strategic prospecting and discovery. This is a high-impact role that directly influences the growth of our sales function with significant earning potential tied to performance. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify outbound pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and discovery conversations Complete sales outreach via various outbound channels, including cold calls, email campaigns and Linkedin messaging Book sales meetings for follow through and/or for handover to the sales team Participate in product/service demo calls with potential customers Track sales and outreach activities + campaign progress in the CRM Qualify leads + customers based on provided frameworks Support account management team with research to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Maintain lead status and campaign reports Represent the company and our products with a high degree of professionalism What We're Looking For Proven ability to succeed in an outbound, prospecting-focused role Strong communication and active listening skills, comfort with cold outreach and discovery conversations Demonstrated interest in sales Comfortable with high call and email volume, and with rejection, without losing momentum Attention to detail and discipline in following process and tracking pipeline Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM, Zoominfo, SalesNavigator, and/or data management experience Degree or equivalent relevant experience required Curiosity and a consultative mindset when engaging with prospects QualificationsPreferred Qualifications Cold-calling experience Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM Experience with prospecting or enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar) Experience with call/dialer or sales engagement platforms A track record of meeting or exceeding activity or quota targets in a previous role Experience in a full-cycle or fast-ramp sales environment Experience selling into real estate, property management, facilities, or B2B services Comfort with technical or compliance-adjacent selling Career Growth This role is an excellent entry point into our sales organization.
