About the Role:

Grow your managment skills at the largest luxury salon in Queens. Join a staple of the Bayside community that has been in business for 50 years. This is an exciting time for a smart person with creative solutions; as we under new management and implementing the latest cloud-based software for salons.

Responsibilities:

Be a trusted right-hand person the new owners can rely on to lead. Manage salon staff, oversee daily salon operations, maintain inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive business growth through customer service and marketing. Set work schedules and participate in ongoing traiing to strenghten sales techniques and product knowledge. Maintain a professional front desk that engages high client flow with awareness, confidence and a personal touch. Help educate guests on products and services.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years staff management experience that includes ownership of work schedules, clients well-being along with staff supervision.
Computer experence
Professional presentation and communication skills are essential.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Days: 4-5 per week (Sunday required)

Salary: $75,000-$90,000 per year
