Job Description

Responsible for greeting and checking in patients in a Cardiothoracic practice, ensuring accurate verification of demographics, insurance, and required documentation. 
Provides pre-surgical documentation for physicians and instructions for patients.

Job Responsibility

• Obtains all necessary documentation.
• Communicates operating time, place and instructions to patient.

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow- ups

   

• Handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service
• Acts as liaison between the patient and physician regarding the surgery.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
