Information Security Project Manager
Location:
Hudson Yards, NYC — onsite 3 days per week

The Information Security team at a leading global financial services firm protects the organization’s people, data, and platforms while enabling innovation in a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the intersection of security strategy, engineering delivery, and executive governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of security and IAM-focused projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and execution
  • Drive Identity & Access Management initiatives, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, access provisioning, and authorization/RBAC models
  • Partner with security, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into measurable outcomes
  • Track delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and present reporting and dashboards for leadership reviews
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; strong JIRA experience required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
  • Strong IAM knowledge from a project delivery perspective (JML lifecycle, access governance, authorization)
  • Experience supporting executive-level reporting and governance
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in structured environments
  • Strong communication skills
