Exciting Opportunity at MSK:Â Senior Analyst & Systems Developer, Radiology InformaticsÂ
At Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK), the Radiology Informatics team supports exceptional patient care, research, and education by transforming imaging and clinical data into meaningful insights. This role combines systems development, analytics, and collaboration to improve radiology workflows, enable discovery, and advance MSK’s mission to treat and cure cancer.Â
Role OverviewÂ
Serve as a key member of the Radiology Informatics team supporting clinical, operational, and research initiativesÂ
Develop, implement, and support applications that integrate data across electronic medical record (EMR), radiology dictation software, PACS, and custom SQL databasesÂ
Design and maintain in‑house tools for data analysis, reporting, and visualizationÂ
Contribute to long‑term informatics strategy through system evaluation and innovationÂ
Translate complex clinical and operational requirements into scalable technical solutionsÂ
Monitor system performance, security, reliability, and data qualityÂ
Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot system and application issuesÂ
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendorsÂ
Represent Radiology Informatics in meetings, presentations, and special projectsÂ
Â
Key QualificationsÂ
4–7 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and application development with python and/or C#Â
Experience working with healthcare data, especially DICOM, HL7/FHIR, and Epic EMRÂ
Proven ability to develop, implement, and support production applicationsÂ
Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development toolsÂ
Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
