The Opportunity - Senior Associate, Paid SearchÂ
The Senior Associate, Paid Search will play a pivotal role in leading and managing paid search marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for fine-tuning their understanding of search, taking on more day-to-day management responsibilities, and supporting the team in achieving campaign goals.Â
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of paid search marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Â
A strong analytical mind is essential for this role, as the candidate will need to analyze data and identify trends to optimize campaign performance.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Manage paid search campaigns:Â Oversee the implementation of day-to-day activities and provide updates to the teamÂ
- Billing: Support the team in monthly billing and reconciliation process and protocolsÂ
- Conduct analysis: Analyze search query data to identify optimization opportunities and make recommendations.Â
- Monitor performance: Track account performance, identify trends, and make necessary adjustments.Â
- Create assets:Â Lead the creation of paid search keyword and ad copy creationÂ
- Support team members:Â Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.Â
- Contribute to reporting:Â Assist in the creation and analysis of performance reports.Â
- Quality Assurance: Act as a quality assurance check for the account and excel workbooksÂ
Qualifications:Â
- Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experienceÂ
- Minimum 1.5+ year relevant paid search management experienceÂ
- Hand on keyboard experience with Google Ads, Microsoft AdsÂ
- Hand on keyboard experience with any bid management platform like Marin, SA360 or SKAIÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft office software, most importantly excelÂ
- Familiarity with AI buying agents such as Google/Bing Performance Max & ScriptsÂ
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new software and toolsÂ
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically, passion for A/B testingÂ
- A results-driven professional with a passion for learning and a desire to success in a fast-paced agency settingÂ
- Actively seeks out opportunities to learn and develop new skillsÂ
- Enjoys working in a team environment and contributes to a positive team dynamicÂ
- Strong communication and organization skillsÂ

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
