We are seeking an experienced React Web Developer with a strong foundation in front-end development and a passion for building high-quality user interfaces. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, technical excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable features using React.js
- Build reusable and maintainable components with React Hooks and modern JavaScript practices
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI based on Figma mockups
- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or comparable tools
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across various browsers and screen sizes
- Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams in an Agile environment
- Write clean, well-tested code with unit and integration test coverage
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end scalability initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing modern web applications
- At least 3 years of production-level experience with React.js
- Comprehensive understanding of React.js and the contemporary JavaScript ecosystem
- Demonstrated expertise in building performant, accessible, and responsive interfaces
- Strong grasp of browser behavior, optimization techniques, and debugging tools
- Proficiency in Git-based workflows and Agile development methodologies
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to feature development and deployment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- React.js (Hooks, Context API, React Router)
- Next.js
- TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Redux or equivalent state management solutions
- Tailwind CSS, styled-components
- REST and GraphQL APIs
- Git, Webpack, npm, VS Code

Compensation:
Salary Range: $150,000 – $210,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise).
Discretionary bonus.
Equity: Equity opportunities available as part of the total compensation package.
