Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Measurement Lead-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Measurement Lead-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Identifying and recommending scalable customer solutions by aligning business objectives with product capabilities or value engineering; Consultative analysis or needs analysis using structured discovery to uncover customer needs and recommend solutions; Developing product adoption strategies or go-to-market strategies through process and procedure improvement; Influencing senior leadership through data-driven storytelling or executive stakeholder management; and Cross-functional and regional stakeholder collaboration or cross-functional team leadership to address customer needs and close deals.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $180,000 + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales and product strategies for specific clients, aligning roadmaps to meet business outcomes like revenue generation and product adoption.
  • Identify market and customer growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to determine investment and drive successful client results.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain key relationships to build credibility and deliver strategic input that helps partners achieve their goals.
  • Derive actionable insights from data analysis to provide data-driven strategic recommendations to customers, partners, and leadership. Craft and deliver cross-functional solutions, workshops, and best practices to clients and agencies to help them achieve business objectives.
  • Provide feedback and new business cases to internal teams to improve products and simplify complex workflows for all stakeholders. Regional travel is required more than 10% of the time to unanticipated various worksites.
